    Reps per side question

    Hi all, super newbie question here - sorry!

    Firstly, thanks to the Darebee team, what a fantastic resource library you're drawn together!!

    I'm currently doing the Foundations 30day programme.

    Given the instructions below, is this supposed to be 20 reps left, 20reps right or 1reps per side? Or even one side per set?

    The repetitions are always intended in total, so if they are 20, 10 must be done on one side and 10 on the other, changing with each repetition is uncomfortable
