    Question abt Virago last day workout

    There it says "20 [exercise] x 4 sets in total". So is the total number meant really 80? I'm able to count (-: but find it hard to believe because these exercises, like single leg squats or single leg push-ups, would be extremely hard to do for 80 reps with pauses of just 20 seconds. Maybe meant is "20 reps, done in 4 sets" (which would be 5x4 not 20x4)? Or am I just a scaredbee, weak and out of touch with average fitness levels?

      It's a difficulty Level 4 workout...

        Hm, other level 4 workouts I saw have only 10 reps of the more challenging exercises, with 2 minutes pause. Are there any comparable level 4 workouts which have 20 reps of a very hard exercise, with only a few seconds pause?
