    Reading manuals - 30 Days of Gravity

    I am not sure i understand circuit type exercises. For example, in the picture bellow, how would i do part I? I do all exercises in one go, one after another as illustrated, but i am allowed to, at any point, take a breather. Is that it?

    That is correct. If you need to, a 10 second break could be used. The goal is to get your body to struggle and push past.

      As the manual at the bottom of the homepage explains, you start from left to right. In Part I of Day 1 of 30 Days of Gravity, pick your level and start with the first exercise. Then move on to the next, and then move on to the last. You are allowed to take your time, meaning that you can also rest as much as you need. There are no sets here, so there's no need to go back to each exercise.
