    Effectiveness of 2 workouts

    Can anyone tell me how effective the Antihero and Super Strength workouts are for building muscle? Or can anyone recommend some effective full body workouts for building muscle?

    Any and all the workouts will help you build muscle. The keys are consistency and variation (as in push yourself and try doing harder variations of the exercises when able).
