    Daily Hug challenge

    I want to optimise my endorphin release. So here's the question I have. The challenge says, "Hug yourself and tap your shoulders twice every day for fifteen days". Does this mean?

    [Hug + shoulder tap] 2x/day

    --or--
    [Hug + "tap your shoulders twice"] 1x/day

    Yours in anticipation of maximal endorphins. 🤣

    I'd say, hug yourself in various ways until you feel ....somehow better....

    * I tried it a few days but it did not work. I think I need somebody else to hug me!! but it's forbidden, because of covid I'll break the rules*

      I know this is a bit late, but I'm two day shy of completing this challenge. I feel better thanks to it! I hug myslef tightly, and when I feel better I tap my shoulders twice before I stop. The first few days felt really silly. Then on day 4 I was looking forward to it! It released a lot of happy hormones!
