    Let me have a go. The program is split into 30 workouts which are labelled Day 1, Day 2... Day 30. I'm assuming that when you say "page", you mean one of those workouts. All the exercises in that workout are one set. You're supposed to repeat the set the number of times according to the level that you are doing, usually, it's Level 1 = 3 sets, Level 2 = 5 sets and Level 3 = 7 sets, but there are exceptions to this. The programs are designed to do your sets for the day all in one session, with (usually) up to 2 minutes rest between sets. So, if you're doing level 1, you'd do all the exercises on the page, rest up to 2 minutes, do them all again, rest up to two minutes, and do them all a third time, done.
