    Quick Question re: Care Package (stretching) Workout

    Hello everyone, I'm motivated to start stretching more on a daily basis, and the "Care Package" wkt seems perfect for me to start with.

    I'm just a bit confused because I don't understand the difference between #2 and #3...

    I'd appreciate your help, because my mom seems willing to do this too, so this would help us both ^^

    PS: I love that this darebeee project has been going on for so long... I used to be a lot more into working out/fitness and this is where I learned all the basics as a teen. Much love and solidarity to y'all! Viva la revolucion!

    # 2 push your elbow behind your head and to the side as if you want to bring it to the opposite ear, # 3 push your elbow back straight
    I do them like this
