Like whats better to gain strength? Isnt it better to focus on 1 muscle a day and really work it out rather than doing all muscles/half of them in a day? Iam currently focusing on programs that kinda uses the bro split since i find it more affective, whats your thoughts?

Chickenboi21 The same can be invented by you by adding exercises to make that day particularly difficult for those specific muscles, I am doing it even if the program I follow is not as well divided as Ironborn

Not sure how relevant it is to a natural guy but the bulgarians that dominated olympic lifting had some crazy volume all day every day working on the same things over and over, some people think overtraining is a myth others swear by resting, it's best to do what you feel is right, experiment and log how you're feeling and measurements.
