    30 Days of Change Day 6

    Hi. To anyone who has completed 30 Days of Change...I did Day 6 a couple of days ago. My hamstrings and lower back are still sore (DOMS, not injury). I think this is due to Part II, the toe touches, not the running\walking I did in part 1. Has anyone had a similiar experience? Today is another running\walking day and I don't think I will be able to do it. Thanks in advance for your input.
