    The Gauntlet + Xpress Tone

    I am currently doing the gauntlet program and xpress tone but sometimes the workouts don't line up well. For example day 1 of the gauntlet is a leg workout and day 2 of xpress tone is a leg workout. Is this something I should be concerned about or am I over thinking it?

    The reason why both programs don't line up well is because they are not meant to be done together, like most Darebee programs, which are meant to be done on their own (with the occasional challenge or daily dare on top). Each program is built around specific cycles to make sure your muscles get the rest they need even though you train every day, and they don't always overlap well.
    A few programs can be done as add-ons on top or others, though - mostly the ab-focused ones, and the yoga programs.

    If I can speak from personal experience, focusing on a specific goal and doing it as well as possible will usually yield better results than trying to achieve several things at once. And bear in mind that your body also needs rest, which is why, as far as working out is concerned, more isn't always better.
