    Tips for a running + streamline programs?

    Good morning everyone! I wanted to some program like this but couldn't find anything like that on the database, so I want to create my own program or something like that.

    Basically, I had huge interest on the 30 days of change program, but unfortunately I can't do the "circuit" parts because there's I have no way to do these jumping exercises for a lot of different reasons. Does anyone have some ideas? Maybe a combination of workouts that can help me out?

    If it's just the jumping exercises that are putting you off 30 Days of Change, you can substitute others for them: https://darebee.com/modifications.html. E.g., Step jacks for jumping jacks, march steps for high knees.

      I agree with the above, there are all kinds of substitutions that are possible. I use them sometimes in level 5 programs even. The programs are there as a guide, not as a rule.
