Hi! So I'm 16m and I've recently decided to actually take care of my body and improve myself.
I'm 5 foot 8 inches and weigh 195 pounds.
My goal is to be 160 pounds by May 30th(30 pounds 3 -4 months ) - or at least be consistent in losing 2 pounds every week.
I cut my calories by 500 or so ( I think its around 1000) so ik I'll be losing 1 pound a week if I'm consistent with this. I want to get that to 2 pounds through exercise. I'm just not sure what workout to be doing and for how long I should be exercising a day to get there.
I searched up Darebee 500 calorie workout and not much pops up... I did manage to find the High Burn workout for beginners and I plan on doing that. How many calories would I burn if I did that? And for how long should I be doing that?
I'm just really new to all of this so I dont know the best way to strategize it. What I'm asking for is a 500 calorie workout that isn't going to burn me out and I can do (somewhat) consistently ( I'll have to switch it up at some point to confuse my body) for some time ( how long?).
Oh... I also started doing the foundation workout on this site and I'll be doing the 16 : 8 IF from 8 pm to 12 am. 26 percent body fat ( according to this). 39 inch waist. I've got practically no muscle so I can't do exercises that are too difficult to start off with. Its hard finding something suitable for beginners but does burn a high amount of calories.
