Finished avatar upgrade but still not feeling strong

avatar-upgrade.pdf - 9221 I finished avatar upgrade 2 days ago. I mostly did with max levels, 7 sets or 5 sets. but it was so boring. One set could take 15-20 minutes so some days it took 1.5 hours minimum. It is like 40 backfists, then 40 squats. Everyhing is 40, so it is really different.

I wont start a new program until tuesday. Maybe i wont start a darebee program, i dont know.

so i am doing some workouts.

Today i did 21. day of spartan trials:
    https://darebee.com/programs/spartan...wall=&start=21

it starts with 20 jump squats. Hardest part for me was it. Then 20 squats, then count squat. I could make pushups around 10-15. I completed 7 sets but i sweated too much and it was really hard. I like it. now i dont feel anything. Only while doing that 20 jump squats and seconds after.

So i want to ask about this. I want to be able to do that 21. day of spartan trial easily. Should i day do it like 4 times a week for example that day? I will be like obssessed.

I want to have strength, endurance, stamina together. I want to be able to make lots of pullups pushups nonstop and be able to lift heavy weights and want to have condition to be able to those for hours maybe, even while i am breathless and want to be able to run and jump for long time. I am at home, i dont know if i can do bench press for high weights. But i see i am improving.

For example i had opened another topic one moth ago: https://darebee.com/hive/info/758542...-2-why-so-hard

it was hard for me, the second day of avatar. Yesterday , i also completed day 2 and it was not so hard for me when i did in one month ago. So is that showing i improved? But icant do 2. day of spartan still. so, what part of me did i improve?

Today i did 21 . day of spartan. Maybe 2. day of avatar and 21. day of spartan are so similar, i should have not done in the following day. I am not sure.

And i dont know what to start next. Stay in darebee programs or go for hiit tabata programs? I completed military fit one year ago. It was realy hard. Now i cant dare it to start again. I can even hardly do 21. day of spartan for example.

It is something like that, should i feel that sweating burning every day? Because not all programs felt me like this. Military fit had made me sweat and made me breathless every day for example. But not spartan or avatar. Only for speific days. because of rest days probably.

They dont suggest HIIT everyday of course. But what i want is not hiit. I want what hiit can give but not alone.

    For example
    https://darebee.com/workouts/scorcher-workout.html

    here
it starts with high knees, it is not hard for me. Then burpee. It is usually hard after 5. Then punches. pucnhes are not hard, even i try to use full power. then highk knees and jumpinglungesx10. 10 lunges is not so hard. then backfists. Also not hard. then high knees and 10 jump squats. This will be hard, because set is finishing and i will be carrying previous ones' tiring. What i meant is in this workout, the only tiring - and which i will dislike more- parts will be burpess after 5 and jump squats after 5. Other exercises maybe wont do any muscle growth.

I am at home. I have also pullup bar and dumbells but i prefer workouts like military fit.

I also try to choose work outs which have at least 7-8 exercises. Should i go on with workouts higher than level 4? Or try miltiary fit again? Thank you if you have read. I could not summarize it because lots of questions and hard to merge them.

It is best to do a mix of exercises, that way your body is used to more dynamic movement and therefore less likely to get injured. It depends on the outcome that you want. If you want to get strong in very specific ways then you can repeat exercises, but if you want overall fitness then better to mix other stuff in. Or even better you can do both. You can focus on the days from the programs that you found difficult and then also work in general fitness.

Did you wear your armor all the time, Spartan?
If you use wrist and ankle weights, you can spice things up. They might not do much for the squats(hold) or pushups, but the jumping, tapping and raising becomes more interesting. 0,5 kg for the wrists and ~1.5kg for the ankles are a good staring point. Maybe less sets and a bit more rest when using.
And they work for Avatar Upgrade too

For example darebee programs worked for specific areas of my body. Chest, arms, abs But not back? Avatar, spartan did not work for back or side abs too much. Am i wrong? Should i do specific exercises for back and side abs?

I just started again to spartan. I have only weights 1.5 kgs x 2. So i startwith it .While squat, i use dumbells also. I am at 4. day. It is for legs. I dont know if i can wear for arms it or maybe i can use dumbells , for example for punches?
I feel some burns from 2. day, probably from jump squats with weights and pushups. failure.

I dont think i will go for avatar upgrade again it takes too much time

What do you mean repating exercises? I try to do again the days i had hard times. But i cant repeat it in a row for 2-3 days i guess

I did it last year. It was good for biceps especially. But it was 20 25 minutes per day. I did together with cardio blast. And programs or workouts like ironbor does not help my stamina or power. It only improved my strength while growing muscles. But only for certain areas like biceps and legs. I
