    Suggested workout with low cardio

    Hello
    I've done my fare share of exercise using this platform but this is the first time I've actually posted something. I've passed from not being able to do 1 single pull-up to doing 8 to 10 in a row so I'm really grateful.

    Now I want to gain weight so naturally i started eating more, the thing is a lot of programs I've done put a lot of focus on cardio exercises and the little weight that I gain from eating gets lost easily with a session of cardio (I lose weight easily) so I want advise on what program i should be aiming for or what suggestions do you have. I don't plan on discarding cardio couse that has given me a lot of endurance but I think I should focus more on gaining weight rather than losing it.

    I'm open to suggestions Thank you very much.

    To lower the cardio level from high to low I simply modify the exercises, for example high knees> march steps, jumping jacks> step jacks, climbers> slow climbers etc
