    The Gauntlet Program - Question

    I really like The Gauntlet Program!

    But I have one question.... it's about the sets.

    How I should complete the four sets:

    One of 10 reps, one of 8 reps, one of 8 reps and ten last set with 6 rep

    OR

    it’s 4 sets - doing all the reps, meaning set 1- 10-8-8-6, set 2 another 10-8-86, etc.

    You do the first exercise, for example, Squats on Day 1 like this: 10 reps - 30 secs pause - 8 reps - 30 secs pause - 8 reps - 30 secs pause - 6 reps --> 2 mins pause. Then you go to the next exercise Reverse Lunges: 5 reps each leg - 30 secs pause - 4 reps each leg - 30 secs pause (and so on)
    Uhm... so basically, the first option you gave.
