    Tingling during push ups

    My forearms feeling slightly tingly while doing pushup during the sets after the first ones. Is it a bad thing!?😐😐😐

        I can do 2 hypothesis: the form is not corretct, you don't do a proper warm up (in particular for what concerns wrists)

        In both case, the sets do till failure can stress too much the muslce involved in push up.

            The nervous system can be a bit odd at times. The sensation of tingling usually signifies that you have regained feeling after having lost it temporarily. Doing any type of exercises, whether static or dynamic can result in some compression of the nerves and thus lead to loss of sensation and subsequent tingling feeling. It mostly doesn't mean anything, or them as noted above, that you are using incorrect technique or not warming up properly.
