    What does changing on the fly mean during timed workouts?😅

    Change immediately, no break I would guess. Have an example?

      I agree with Andi64. I think a good example would be with planks, changing on the fly from a low plank to a high plank would mean to transition directly from one to the other.

      It would depend on which exercises you are talking about though.
