How often do you weigh yourself?

    If I'm cutting or bulking I do it daily, if I'm in maintenance I do it on Tuesday (lets Monday get the weekend salt out). I do track it for trends and focus on that versus the weight itself.

      I weigh and measure every Monday, but I think I should shift that to later in the week. Because in the weekends there's more reason to not stay 100% on track with the diet and that shows on Monday.
      I weigh at the same moment each Monday: after the normal workout program but before the 45-60 minute hometraining. That's all before breakfast. May have lost some sweat, but I usually also drink a few sips between sets.

        First weekend of the month, which is often enough to see trends without letting me stress about minor fluctuations.

          Unless something goes wrong, every morning. Get up, go to the bathroom, weigh myself. Anything to drink or eat comes later. I figure that this gives me the most data points with the least things throwing me off, giving me the most accurate trendline when I see my weight on a graph.
