    Where to go from 30 Days Advanced + Total Abs?

    Hey all! I'm currently on day 22 of my 30 Days of H.I.I.T Advanced + Total Abs routine, which I'm loving. I do both sets on 'hard' difficulty (middle/5 sets) and I also run 1.7 miles every day. As I'm looking forward to my next sets, I'm wondering what programs I should be doing next. I've lost 15ish pounds in the past two months and am looking for something just as challenging as the Darebee routine I've been doing for the past month, with the main routine being a traditional cardio/H.I.I.T and a supplemental workout or two focusing on strength. The Ironborn program looks perfect for the supplement, but what would be a good main workout/H.I.I.T program to continue my fitness journey?
