I am currently doing xpress tone and figters codex and some free workouts when i can ,and it seems i injured my tail bone(part of the spine at the lower end).
It hurts when i sit and lie down
, i was wondering is it possible to injure myself that way with excercise or maybe from sitting too much and what should i do ,stop working out or take it lightly with working out, so if anyone can offer some free advice who had this injury so i would know which course to take in recovering i would be very gratefull.Of course i am going to my doctor of general practice tommorow but if anyone had any experince with this kind of injury it would be great to hear some advice
