    Back injury

    I am currently doing xpress tone and figters codex and some free workouts when i can ,and it seems i injured my tail bone(part of the spine at the lower end).

    It hurts when i sit and lie down, i was wondering is it possible to injure myself that way with excercise or maybe from sitting too much and what should i do ,stop working out or take it lightly with working out, so if anyone can offer some free advice who had this injury so i would know which course to take in recovering i would be very gratefull.Of course i am going to my doctor of general practice tommorow but if anyone had any experince with this kind of injury it would be great to hear some advice.

    I am not a doctor and you do well to see a doctor
    When I have pain or inflammation probably due to training, the first thing I do is lighten the load and then increase yoga-stretching to help the body recover.
    Then when I feel better I pay close attention to what bothers me in training in order to understand what to change so as not to find myself all over again.
    I bring you my experience just to make you understand that it can happen and from this you can learn something to do better and not get hurt

      Yes you are right i dont really know the cause 100% for sure i cant tell but probably from too much sitting or not warming properly, anyway today i was supposed to go to the doctor then earthqake hit my country 6.3 it was pretty imtense now i cant go anywhere.im gonna stop excercising for a couple of days maybe a week, do some yoga ,nice suggestion rest painkillers efc since i cant go to the doctor i hope its not cancer or something like that anyway thanks for the advice i will learn from this injury so it dont happens again.

        Most of the time I got hurt it was from not doing warmup at the beginning and stretching at the end and just in a hurry
        Take care of yourself and you will see that you will soon get better

          Ah its a cyst ,antibiotics should help,cant workout for a week it sucks but what can you do, it happens.Hopefully i wont die yet.thanks for the support Freman take care
