I agree with Nihopaloa , nothing spiritual in the yoga exercises presented on the website. However, it is of course your decision what to choose. Fremen suggested alternatives already. I would just like to add that I would not recommend you to skip the yoga days in the programs - switch it to stretching. These yoga days in the programs are usually meant to be active rest days. If you just skip them, you may not have enough time to recover from the previous workout (there was an article somewhere on Darebee about importance of break days in longer plans but I cannot fin it now).

It wasn't meant as an incentive to argue, just as a gentle nudge that the physical movements are completely disconnected from any (perceived and adverse) spirituality, which I suppose is the underlying issue here.
In any case, the alternatives Fremen suggested should work for you. Basically anything in the workout filter tagged with Stretching or Wellness might work, up to the level you feel comfortable with. You might also look through the workouts of Flexibility Week, if you want to challenge yourself a bit more.

I fail to see the problem. You can do yoga perfectly fine without any spirituality attached to it, especially the workouts on Darebee that are pure physical exercise, nothing spiritual included. If you remove the label 'yoga' and slap 'stretching' or 'wellness' on it, nothing would change. If you don't avoid stretching for religious reasons, I don't see why you should avoid these specific workouts for religious reasons.

acacia_paladin ... we might better help you if you would let us know the reason you seek alternatives.
Old injury? Stress? Simple aversion to the style?

Oh, and before I forget ... Welcome to The Hive, the social side of DareBee.

You can try some stretching or light mobility exercises as an alternative. Workouts of lv 1-2 should be fine.

    Yoga alternatives?

What exercises are good alternatives to the yoga days found in some of Darebee's exercise programs? Usually I just skip to the next day if I come across a yoga day.
