Losing body fat is mainly about the right nutrition.
You have to burn more calories than you eat. For most people it is easier to control the intake and do a bit more cardio. A few do a lot of cardio to burn the calories they eat. Strength training builds muscles, and works on the look you will show after you lost the fat, but it raises the weight, cause muscles are more dense than fat. So the progress on the scale might be misleading. Measuring your body is a much better way to track progress.
Try a way and see e what works for you, be patient it takes time...

Ribs showing when I put my arms up but still have belly and man boobs.
Hi! I'm 5'7 and I currently weigh now at 160.5lbs from 175lbs.
I finished 30days of Cardio Blast and currently now on the 8th Day of Cardio Trim. I can't do the full push-ups yet so I'm doing knee push-ups as an alternative.
My question is as the title says. When I put up my arms. My ribcage is already showing, but I still have man boobs and a belly.
Should I continue the Cardio Trim? Or Should I do Strength training instead? What programs can you recommend?
Also, I can't seem to break through 160lbs. if you have any tips it would be a great help!
