    Run and Hiit

    I am wondering is it possible/advisable to Run (Treadmill 5km approx 40min) and do a HIIT circuit on same day.
    I am 48, 188lb feel ok fit but get lazy. If I get into training I go hard but Covid has stopped my team training sessions.
    What would people recommend.
