    Three Days Free

I have a weird schedule, work about 12-13 hours a day. Well, 10 but feels like that amount based on the extra 1:30 for driving and hour lunch each day. I hate it but finally, I'm here. I've tried in the past a five day schedule, failed because I would almost pass out behind the wheel. Stopped working out and was able to continue driving. With that being said, I have about three days off a week, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sundays. With all this information, what type of workout plan could I follow to turn my fat into muscle while quarantined through this pandemic?

You might want to look at the Training Plans. A lot of the programs follow a structure which would make working out three days a week less relevant to the program goals (though you could still follow them). Three days per week would allow you to have a bit of variety and to try things out as well.

Losing fat is more of a function of diet though. Exercise is good for building muscle, but not going to be so effective at transforming it unless you change what you are eating.

I would also say go full body every day or do an upper/lower split on wed/thur and a full body on Sunday. Just make sure you don't outpace your recovery and you should be good. This can be a focus through Darebee based workouts (that filter is awesome) or as a weightlifting scheme (if you access or post covid). While you will definitely have to watch the diet, high intensity (lifting or bodyweight modifications) early on will help with some solid muscle gains.
