Forearm pain after training and different ways, how to stretch it

After a month and half of weight training, my forearms starts bothering me....I excercise three days in row, then one day for relax and recovery and then again. This suits me. But after month and half, when I worked more on my upper body (with kettleball, dumbbells, some pull-ups, push-ups), I realize, that my forearm are sore and no matter, how I let it rest or how much I stretch it, it keeps going back.

Can anybody give me an advice, what to do, or share their experince? Has somebody the same problem as I do? Which stretching did help you?

I would be glad for any tips

I am using those to warm up for hand work like towel hangs and fingertip pushups. 5 reps each. In the comments people say it helped with wrist/ arm pain. It's easy to rembember and does not take a lot of time. Hope this helps.

Stretch your fingers aswell, you are working hard on gripping. Its normal for soreness, stretch the contracted muscles etc out by hands on the floor flat, spread fingers and explore the tightness in your arms and hands.
