    Hero's Journey 20 minutes non stop movements

    It's on day 39 and future days, too, I think. Can I do static moves like wall sit and planks? I see planks in the picture but I am not sure. Thanks.

    It says: 20 minute non-stop movement.
    I think the idea is a 20 min non-stop cardio-workout. Emphasis on movement. Isometric/static excercises will change this characteristic. Up-and-down-planks should be ok, though.
