Hello! Today is Day 1 of getting serious with these different plans and I just needed some clarity on the Super Strength workout (https://darebee.com/workouts/super-s...h-workout.html)
It reads "20s rest between sets, no rest between exercises" but each individual exercise is showing to do 3 sets.
Do I do this work out circuit style or focus on doing all sets for one exercise at a time?
Also, is there a way to increase the levels of this workout?
