    2 trainings a day

    if a do 1 program like avatar upgrade in the morning and do hypertrophy training with a pull ups and dips in the night, and the two trainings during 45- 60min, it's to much ???

    So are you going to do 4 trainings per day?
    Or are the 2 trainings the avatar upgrade and the hypertrophy training?

        Anyway, my two cents.

        I don't know how your night training is built, but the key for hypertrophy is failure. I love pull ups and dips (my upper body workouts are based on them), but training with the same exercises with focuse hypertrophy all days is to much stressing for your body, since the upper body can't rest and thus it is not the best way to achieve your goal, i.e. in the building the group muscles are not traning every day since they need rest.

        Obviously, my considerations are general, since the quantity of work depends from the personal fitness and strenght level

            i don't explain right, in the morning i do one darebee program and in the night a calistenic training, i said pull up and dips as an example,the training division is push/pull/legs focus on strenght

                It depends on your fitness level, I think that you can do it.
                Avatar upgrade has some stretching days, so you get some rest.

                If you feel tired reduce/delete the second training.
