Looking for a program for basic health

I just discovered this site and I am trying to select my first program/workout. But I am not really interested in weight loss (although that could be a bonus) neither in strength.

I am a software developer, and my hobbies are gaming and drumming, so I am sitting all the time, and I'm starting to worry about my health at 35 years old. I have not done any real sport in years (except for walking, I can walk five hours without problems but that's it, I rarely get out of my home, notably now when we are in quarantine in France, like many other countries). So I am just looking for the most basic program that will save my spine, my wrists, and my heart.

I found the "square one" program, but while writing this post I found the "wellness" filter with for instance the "lowerbody tendon strength" ; those seem to be very different kind of exercises, I am not sure what to start with, a program or a workout. And if I pick a program that says "30 days", should I just start over after the 30th day (with optionally more difficulty) ? I guess I need to do some sports for the rest of my life, hopefully, not to get ready for an incoming event/competition.

    Thank you for reading.

Fondation is a good program to start with, there is a little bit of everything
    And welcome

Thank you I will start with that

The very basic exercises are squats, sit-ups and push-ups. Do all these everyday . . .

Welcome to the Hive lud With the words of a major sports gear provider: 'Just do it'. It does not really matter what you do. Just get on with it. Find that 30' space in your schedule a day and work out. If you can't do it, don't do it. But if you can, for the love of god, move your butt. Foundation is a great start.
duremars How do you get a bicycle track and why would you start running as opposed to cycling on it? Isn't that dangerous? Interesting post for a calisthenics site. Welcome to the Hive all the same.
