    fighter codex stretching

    in day 4 , have a number side of the exercise, but i dont know if it's seconds or repetitions

    exemple:

    standing toe, usualy is a stretching, the 20 in this side is repetition ? how i do this ?

    I believe the numbers are duration of each stretch in seconds. Stretch 1 and 3 are 40 seconds (20 seconds per side). Stretch 2 (standing Toe) is for 20 seconds, and stretch 4 is for 60 seconds. I hope this helps.

      bbzao and Bozkurt those numbers are repetitions, not seconds Standing toe is a 20 repetitions where you go from standing posture to touching your toes. I really hope this helps.
