I always try to keep increasing weights in order to make 'em harder. Mostly, it was because I wasn't sure how heavy I should handle, then it became a nice progression.

i think the same but for legs 30kg 8 reps are too easy and for the arms are harder so that's the problem, if i have a dumbell of 30kg my arms will fatigue before my legs

1- Change the weights for different exercizes - if you don't need the prescribed rest time it's too light, if you need more rest it's too heavy.

        or

2- Change the reps if you cannot change the weights.

        or

3- Realize that we are all just improvising atm w gyms closed and weights sold out and just do what you can w what you have.

The kettlebell program, for me, swing reps were way low and any weight that would of been appropriate for other things was way to much for getups, so I did a lot of improvisation.

You might want to do express tone - there are more sets and higher reps overall so if you are using lower weights than usual bc it's what you have access to atm it will be nice.

If you're finding the exercises too easy, then the simple answer is that you're not using enough weight. My guess is that you're lifting 80 kg for a different exercise like the barbell squat or the deadlift.

The program doesn't dictate how much weight you should use. In my experience, it's best to use different weights for different exercises.

i understad but like 30kg it's good for my legs, but for my arms don't, so i think the reps are whrong or something like that

Nah...the reps are what they are, you are supposed to find the right weight so those reps are enough
