Exercise suggestions to do with a broken toe

My first toe / finger was broken last week. For left feet.

I try to do at least 40-50 minutes exercises still.

I try not to put my feet which has the broken side. So, i put side of feet for example for squat. For pushup, i raise left leg, also for plank. For bulgarian split, again only for left leg. For calf same too.

For upper body, i use dumbbells for curls. I again try not to hold on to that side of feet.

I have to remove some exercises from workouts or change to only left food.

Exercising helps bone healing as i read.

    So, what do you suggest?

I assume this is fairly minor? Meaning - no surgery or procedure needed?

Bones take a little bit to heal. I would avoid any direct pressure/load to the affected foot for the next six weeks, as it could get worse or not heal correctly.

I would focus on upper body work during that time, or something like swimming for cardio.

Yes, no surgery. I need to keep it straight. I try not to put pressure even doing squat.
