    In the High Gear program what does it exactely mean to do all the burpees in one workout?

    I mean can I do other workouts in between without taking breaks(like doing this for example : 10 burpees, the Daily Dare , 10 burpees, the day's challenge, and the final 10 burpees)?

    And what is meant be no long breaks in between ? what is the longest break we can take if we are not allowed to do any other exercise in between?

    to 30 second breaks are ok
    Usually short breaks are 20-30 sec

      Agreed with Fremen. Also, recommended going at a smooth pace, like 10-20 reps, short rest then repeat

        Iam currently doing high gear myself. I split burpees in 10 reps per set with 20-30sec rest. From my experience even a break of 2min between sets would count as "in one workout". I think this is the absolute maximum. Try 30sec - 1min rest at max.
