    300 no-equipment workouts PDF

Quick question concerning the PDFs for bodyweight exercises: how can we know the 1-->5 level of difficulty of each? Are they by increasing level of difficulty or structured otherwise?
    Thanks a lot !
    P.S.: The idea is great!

      GiorgosD ... yeah, no indicators.
Which leaved you (at least) two choices: 1) don't worry about it and go forward knowing your body, or 2) print it out, then go through the more complete Workout list and gather the info, handwrite it in.
There will be days you will be able to work at higher levels and there will be areas where you can work at higher levels.
Sure ... if you generally work at the Easy level, you ought not try something at the 'Bitchin-Hard' level, but you should recognize that, yes?
And if you can typically do 5 Sets at Normal Workouts, you should be able to struggle through a single set of the hardest or benefit from 7 sets of the easiest.
Then, NEXT time, remember that it was "out of range" and give such a pass.
The further you go from your own basic level, the longer you are likely to remember it. Yeah?
