    Kettlebell Gauntlet Clarification

    For the ‘Full Get-ups’ on day 10, do you alternate arms for each rep? I don’t really do them often and it’s not very clear.

    I believe you would do 5 with one arm and then switch arms for the next 5 for 10 total...but as I am looking over the program most moves you switch arms after each rep... neilarey could you clarify please?

      With how heavy they reccomend your bell to be (10 max rep for bicep curl), and how challenging getups are, I'd say alternate arms
