I would add - if you had to pay to get a workout/program maybe don't post enough of its details to cause copyright ppl to bother darebee

Plenty of bees go to the gym regularly and talk about it.

It is in the rules somewhere at the bottom (either How to start a Log or Rules) but basically it is fine as long as you are not trying to capitalize off of it (selling a book for instance), as long as it isn't too over-the-top and as long as it is not too racy.

Your log is about what you are up to, and people share all kinds of stuff. This site is about holistic health and no one is going to tell you to do it any other way than what you want unless you ask for help. I post stuff here from other sources all the time, but I try to keep it short. Most of the stuff is not really in competition with Darebee, some of it could be construed to be, so I make sure that I keep those mentions to a minimum out of respect for all the hard work that is done by the people that run this site.

Sure you can, many other Bees are doing it all the time, even with links to youtube videos and such. Whatever helps you reaching your goals, I guess.

Of course you can. No rule should be against it. And Darebee is not a marketing product, so there are no "competitors" to it.

I would say that unless you are going to try to sell something anything can go. If you found something useful and want to share/recomend it, the better for everyone I guess.

Basically my question is if I'm allowed to say on my log if I'm doing a program from another source, a book in this case, or if I should keep that to myself?
