  • Upper Back Stretch Specifics

    Hello all,

    I recently discovered Darebee and quite enjoy it. One thing however is the upper back stretch from the morning stretching routine. The picture just looks like a guy standing and leaning slightly, and there is no resources in the exercise library. Searching "Upper Back Stretch" on google brings up a ton of useful infomation, just not about that particular movement. If anyone has a better resource for the movement I'd appreciate seeing it.

    If you're talking about the third exercise in the morning stretch workout, I think it's activating your upper back muscles by standing tall and retracting your scapula (shoulder blades).
