    Question on possible 30 days of gravity modifications

    Hey everyone

    Truth be told I didn't finish the Xpress Tone because I felt that I didn't work certain muscle groups, but then I realized that it is considered an Addon program, so yeah. Stupid me hahaha. I did individual workouts until I decide what I should actually do. So I thought of starting 30 days of Gravity since I think it's a more well around full body program. However, I wanted to ask if you guys think it would be wise to add one more exercise on each upper body days. For example, on Days 2 and 6 adding Bent-Over-Rows. On Day 12 adding Shoulder-Presses or Lateral-Raises. etc etc etc. Just to cover all the muscles of the upper body. What do you think on that?

    I don't see why not, it's a bit like adding a challenge to training
    I usually add extras at the end of training so as to "not ruin" the program I'm following but it's just my preference.

        As Fremen rightly said, there is no harm in it. If you check some of the check-in threads, most of us are using the programs as a template for our workouts anyway, and doing a bunch of other workouts/challenges concurrently.
