Recovering from an injury, I started getting back to fast incline walking (best way to have myself tired and not tempted to run...) so today I did a little experiment: instead of high knees, I did 30" bursts of fast punching, but my feet were barely off the ground very fast (like a fast seesaw movement) and I didn't feel any pain, so I think I will do it for a while instead of high knees... Does it deliver same benefits, cardio and calorie wise, or not ?
