    Back and Core is neat, but since your back pain comes from lifting boxes it's very important that you train proper squat form. Because if you lift the boxes with pristine squat form your back will be less taxed by the lifting.

    Squat form is hard, personally I still haven't found the right foot stance to make sure I don't fall over (but I'm a woman, it's usually easier for men because of a different bodyweight distribution). But I also haven't had a professional help me.
