    work outs with foot injury?

    Hi all! So I need to start working out since I have recently lost my job and cannot succumb to just lazing around being depressed, and I figured to try here since it looks like something I'll enjoy; i have fallen in and out of working out countless times because of work.

    Unfortunately, I have been involved in an accident where I nearly lost my toes on my right foot. So I'd like direction to what to use or even start that's low impact on my foot and leg since it has some weight to the wrapping and stitches. Any help would be awesome, thanks

    I hope your injury will heal, eventually.
    In the meantime, you can use different filters to make browsing through the workout database easier, so you can pick something that suits your current situation.

    For example, here is what you get if you only select upper body workouts.
