    Workout for dynamic stretching

    Hellos all!
    Can someone recommend me a stretching workout from the database (lv. 3 and above) as a muscle-fascia- ligaments warmup for kickboxing?
    Plus, I have a problem with my adductors (inner thigh)... I don't have a problem with my workouts but when I try to do some exercises like deep lunges or snap kicks, I feel like I am electrocuted... How can I fix this, permanently, and not just with temporary stretching?

    For your adductors you should really do this exercise as much as possible, as often as you can:

      This is for the inner thigh, right? Cause I seldom get the names right..... I suppose that some more exercises like shoulder rotations or leg pendulums (did I mention I'm really bad with names???) won't do any harm, right?
