    New version workouts are too easy

    I believe that the new version workouts are too easy, for example : crucible or hercules workout now are level 2 and no more level 4

    ...and some more than mentioned. But do you know that in function of your needs, you can do them easier or harder, it isn't?

    "crucible" has reduced the number of repetitions, true, but you can do the squats and lunges with weights, and a more dificult modification of the push ups.

    "hercules" has changed a bit more with different exercises, but you can do them slower (all of them), some with weights, some count more time, etc.

      You can also do them faster and use shorter, or no, rest periods. Or do super sets w/2x or 3x the reps. Feel free to buff whatever isn't challenging to you. That's what I do sometimes. Seems to work out.
