    Day 18 of Avatar Upgrade

    I've been going through the Avatar Upgrade Program and have successfully done Level 3s for all of the days (only have 2 days left to go). One of the days I have left, on which I skipped past initially is Day 18, also known as the Red Rain Challenge on which you need to do every single activity to failure 5 times over. Am I the only one who sees a problem with that? Like if I do speed punching in the air for so long until I literally don't have the strength in me to lift my arms to do another, how am I supposed to do get ups and diamond pushups right afterwards? Same situation with squats and then side turning kicks?

    This program has had some pretty tough days, but all of which are perfectly doable and understandable, but Day 18 is nothing like anything thing else, even to some of the Lethal Days. But I don't want to leave a program unfinished when I'm so close to completion. Is there a sort of alternative to doing this day. Maybe 20-40 reps each depending on the activity (like 20 for diamonds, 40 for kicks, etc) or 30 seconds for each activity like some of the other days do?

    Any help would be appreciated

    Day 18 is infamous.

    Personally, I think it's the single most difficult workout Darebee offers.

    Yes, it's exhausting. Yes, it takes forever if you do it right.

    But in my opinion, it's worth it to do it as listed.

    Ultimately, like everything on Darebee, it's up to you and what your comfortable with (you know your body best), so any modifications are of course acceptable.
