    I need help with my diet as well as in exercise schedule

    Hi, I am mic. I need help in my diet. I am over-weighted now due to lockdown. my current weight according to me is 81kg or may be more and my height is 5.10 feet. I need some expert help to reduce my fat fast and make my diet. I am from India. Please my plan to reduce my fat fast. I feel so embrassing

    Eat lots of vegetables, less carbohydrates. The best thing to do would be to track your calories with an app like myfitnesspal and go from there.

      Thankyou very much sir, I left the site and start doing youtube workouts randomly, also took diet from some dietitians and I was on a weight of 86 and now I am on 82 and it gets stuck on that.
      Now i am looking for a plan for months, in which exercise are designed for each day which for example monday do cardio, tuesday do chest thursday do legs like that sir. which help me tone my body completely. I fell very embarrassing when my friends call me fatty and dont have any gf
      I used to have weight of 70 kg, I looked handsome and fit but now i am in depression lost my whole confidence and start staying at home alone
      Help me to regain my confidence

        It might be a good idea to try one of the DAREBEE month-long programs like Foundation which alternate cardio training days with bodyweight strength training. Try to complete the program by doing one workout per day... and read over the Manual to understand how to complete the exercises including sets and reps. You can do it!

          Actually, here you can get that kind of plan you said. Go to https://darebee.com/workouts.html, click Load Filter (it loads quite slow, but worth it), choose your target part ( upper body, lower, abs, etc) and search. Can click random to skip choosing. Do this and make a plan yourself for monthly, weekly, or daily. Or if you want to skip making your own plan for each day, head to https://darebee.com/programs.html for complete monthly plans (there are filters too if you want).

          And like calendula​​​​​​​ said, read the Manual, and also explore the website for more fun things!
