    Breathing in fast combat exercises

How to manage breathe-in and breathe-out when you have to throw fast punches like in this workout? https://www.darebee.com/workouts/com...s-workout.html
Do you take a deep breath at the beginning and exhale slowly at every punch or you breathe-in and breathe-out fast while you throw the punches?

GB_98 we have a number of articles on breathing and exercise which might help you: https://darebee.com/fitness/breathin...-or-mouth.html and https://darebee.com/fitness/breathing-techniques.html and https://darebee.com/fitness/training-and-breathing.html. Plus a breathing workout: https://darebee.com/workouts/breathing-workout.html

The lungs are just like the muscles, they need to be exercised so they can perform better and you can learn to control them. Combat sports split a breath into short, sharp exhalations that are timed with the executed blow (punch or kick). Slow exhalation makes for slow movement and sharp exhalation for fast movement. I hope the articles help you understand this complex (and very important part of training, better).

Yes thank you! I have already read these articles but I didn't understand breathing for this particular kind of exercise. So as I understand from your answer I breath fast, exhaling as I throw the punch and inhaling as I return to "rest" position before throwing another punch with the other hand.
