    Characters in Anime Workouts

Inosuke and Ban are the favorite characters of my 2 friends in Anime, they want the appopriate workout to get the same body as in the anime, like having muscle definition in the upperbody, etc. I'm sure there are some who knows these two characters. any help? Is there a workout in darebee that suits it? or we have to make one? Help us.....( i cant post the pictures here because i dont know how to change the resolution of the pic for it to upload)

Don't know them but I guess it's defined muscle?
Diet, diet and diet so you shed fat and see muscles. Darebee has a nutrition section. Lots of protein.

For workouts, if you have dumbbells it's better to build muscle (at least easier), go for 6 - 12 reps of each exercise. You can filter workouts to see workouts with dumbbells.

You can also filter workouts to see workouts that focus on Upperbody. I was recommended Armageddon https://darebee.com/workouts/armageddon-workout.html

If it is Ban from Seven Deadly Sins then I would say it is impossible as keeping a body fat percentage that low is impossible for any length of time (he would be a 2-5% range). But if they want to head that way I would say start with body type/genetics to see if it is possible (I'm personally not built like Ban but I'm fine with that, more Meliodis style shorter and broader across the shoulder) and then go crazy with the bodyweight stuff (go Darebee) and flexibility and that is probably the closest you will get.

Inosuke is a bit more attainable as he is more human in nature. I would say crossfit style stuff. You would have to lift to get that muscle size but cardio to keep the aerobic ability (lift and sword play would work as well). Mostly diet though as he is also lean, depending on how you hold your fat because of the drawing style he would be more in the 10-12% range which is very doable.

        On a Windows computer:

        Open said image with Paint.
Select all (Ctrl-a), then right click, then click Resize.
Choose a new size (and remember it as you will have to add it later too). ...
        Open image properties (Ctrl-E)
        Type in the new resolution.
        Save new picture using Ctrl-S.

Azercord With all due respect, I disagree. If you lift heavy enough, cleanly bulk on low saturated fat foods, 1gram protein per pound body weight moderate carbs it is definitely attainable. Check out the stuff in this thread for some basic lifting advice. https://darebee.com/hive/info/722480...en-for-bulking
Alternatively to lifting, calisthenics with bodyweight would work as long as you can build up to doing pull-ups and dips.
edit: I just realized that you made both threads. I’m feeling pretty smart today, mates.

Airpower47 no worries, I was more focused in on the fact that Ban is just too lean to do in a healthy manner. You could shoot for his style sure but you would have to carry more fat on you to be a normal functioning human. The only down side of cartoons is they don't need body fat.
