        It's totally up to you to choose what warm up routine you wanna do, but it's better to choose ones that engage muscles that you are targeting that day depending on your workout program.

        So, your warmup routine could be totally different everyday, yet you could do just one routine everyday if it engages all your muscles.

        I just completed day 30 of Strength Protocol, let me tell you it will expand your capabilities, I never though I can do a one hand pushup, or have shreded legs, even my core got better! Enjoy the ride, I'll definitely do this program again!
