    It´s Rythm on each exercise matter ?

    Hi! .I thinking how much the rythm of we do the exercise motion affect the results of the workout routine. Currently i doing a program but in some cases i see the library of exercise and find i doing so slowly the exercise it´s really important to do faster or better the faster you can do?

    I think slow is better. When you add momentum to an excercise, eg. 'kipping', you use your strength less than doing it slow. If you are not training in a plyometric fashion (eg.clapping-pushups) a 2" up -> 1" hold-> 2" down rhythm is ideal for pushups, pullups and such.
